The venue is beautiful, service was great. We had Caesar salad with chicken and fabulous Caesar dressing but the only problem was there was so much dressing with the yummy anchovy flavor that you could not tell if you're eating fish or chicken. Way too much dressing
I got married 4/10/2026 and it was the best day of our lives. The entire day was pure smiles as I didn't have to worry about anything. I've known the Spartan family all my life and used to work as a server there while I was finishing my degree. I always knew this was the venue for us. Daphne the wedding coordinator is the most thoughtful, caring, empathetic, and respectful woman I know. Spartans Chef, Nick makes food like no other. It is perfect EVERY-TIME. They make accommodations for those with allergies without complaint. They have high chairs for children (as well as children's meals). Their bathrooms are always SPOTLESS. They have an outdoor area for smokers. They WANT you to have an awesome experience in every way. Our bartender Michelle was AMAZING. She's reliable, quick, friendly, and truly knows her craft. Our servers were also absolutely fantastic. If you're a future bride and groom looking for a venue that has exceptional food, service, accommodations, and a family that will treat you like their own? Spartan Manor is the place for you. Every single person who came to my wedding told me personally that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended. They exceed every expectation. Judith, Daphne, Nick, Laura, and Theo... THANK YOU! My wedding day was better than I could've ever imagined or anticipated.
After living in Pasco County for the last 40 years, who knew that the Spartan Manor was such a gem! Ended up having our daughter‘s wedding there for a lot less money than Tampa or Clearwater would charge. The event turned out, elegant, beautiful, and despite the pouring rain, we were able to transition from an outside ceremony to an inside ceremony that worked out just fine. Daphne is a graceful experienced planner that was highly beneficial guiding us and the staff. The food was excellent. The appetizers were beyond excellent. Service staff was very professional and courteous. Overall event was so successful and it’s because you can tell that this business takes high standards seriously without charging an enormous amount of money. I would highly recommend the Spartan Manor.
My husband and I renewed our vows on 4/26/2026 and Spartan Manor was our choice for our party, Without a doubt it was the best choice and we had a magnificent time there. Before making this decision, I looked at several venues online and at a small number in person. I recommend Spartan Manor for three reasons. 1. The physical facility has been in this location for many years, but you might think that it is new. It is well-maintained, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The interior, though quite large, seems warm and cozy. The banquet space is huge but can be subdivided into smaller areas with moveable walls that look like mirrored paneling. 2. Spartan Manor is a family-run business. Daphne Koutsos, the wedding co-ordinator, is completely organized and professional. She is assisted by Laura, her sister, who, among other duties, takes care of people waiting for Daphne. Daphne is thorough and takes her time to explain several hand-outs about the packages that Spartan Manor offers, as well as policies, and a timeline for decision-making deadlines, payments, and final meal counts. This clearly presented information helped me to make choices and keep on track with the many tasks that I needed to accomplish. Daphne was an excellent guide in choosing colors and gave advice that was worth taking. She even helped me find the perfect DJ. She was always friendly, never rushed me, and managed to keep track of many changes that I made during the process. 3. Reason 3 for Spartan Manor is the staff. As described above, Daphne is very professional and knowledgeable. That sets the tone for everyone else. Laura is always available if Daphne is busy. The waitstaff is well-trained, courteous, and helpful. And I’m sure the chef and the cake designer were carefully chosen because the food was amazingly good and the cake was perfect and beautiful. From the first moment I stepped into Spartan Manor, I felt like I was in good hands and I was not disappointed with anything.

I had my daughter Quince at Spartan Manor . I must say my expectations were met at 1000% . I had to say Daphne the manager is so nice and wonderful . She was very flexible with my vendors and was on top of everything making sure everything was running smoothly . The servers were very attentive , super nice and the bartender very friendly . I will recommend this venue 100% . The food was delicious as well
Wow what an incredible experience! Daphne has made our process of tying the knot extremely easy and stress free. They are wedding PROS. She goes above and beyond to make sure we had what we envisioned on our special day down to the smallest of details. She’s such a bright and beautiful spirit! We had a great experience working with the team at this beautiful venue. The event venue is clean and well run. We enjoyed meeting the resident pet duck as well who supervised the parking and retrieval of every guests car. 😄 Highly recommend this venue for events.

I was at an event last Saturday and it was just stunning. The room was beautiful, the food was AMAZING! The Bistro steak was delicious! Five star meal! Our bartender Merribeth took such good care of everyone and was super sweet. We danced for hours and the night flew by. None of us wanted the night to end. Daphne and her team are the BEST of the BEST! Everyone at the event was having fun and was well taken care of. Kudos to Spartan Manor for hitting ALL the marks!

I attended my cousin and his brides wedding at the Spartan Manor. It was an such a beautiful wedding. April was the first to greet us for cocktail hour and she was so attentive and pleasant. From the decor and lighting, everything was perfect and the food was fantastic. We all had such a wonderful night.

Just had are wedding here on 1/1/22 and everything was perfect! The food was truly amazing! The staff was so freindly and they fit right into the party. From the moment we met with her during covid last year to the very last moment we were at our wedding this past Saturday on 10/9/21 she had been nothing short of amazing, helpful and just downright the absolute best thing we could have asked for during the stressful process of wedding planning. Her staff was so nice and friendly and made sure we were taken care of and treated like royalty. Daphne saw my vision for a Gatsby theme wedding and not only did she nail it, she made my wedding dreams more than I could have imagined! We received so many compliments from all our guests about how wonderful and beautiful everything was. I can go on all day about Daphne and her team that made our entire day go absolutely flawlessly and not a single beat was skipped! We had our wedding there this past Friday night and everything was as fantastic as could be! Yes there were a few hiccups, but mostly understandable ones considering the weather and Daphne being sick (I'm so happy you're feeling better!). I would definitely recommended them for events to any of my clients! 🖤 I can't wait to do another event with them!
2 minutes agoNEW My brother and sister-in-law chose this place as their venue for their wedding yesterday. The place is beautiful, HOWEVER, unless you want to have the bridal party thrown out of the dressing room, their clothes placed on the bar in the hallway with everyone able to see undergarments, the door to the dressing room being left open when you are still trying to get dressed, to be rushed for no reason, have things broken( their sand bottle for my SIL deceased father) by wait staff, the cake being wrong, paying for an open bar and having your guests charged for drinks anyway, having your guests assaulted by the fill in co-ordinator, have car keys stolen, over cooked food served, be laughed at or completely ignored when you bring issues to their attention; I have been to this place one time, yesterday & will NEVER recommend this venue to anyone, including my worst enemy, so if you don't want to deal with any of this, pick somewhere else! You have been warned.

We got married at Spartan Manor on Sunday, December 13, 2020. Our service was performed outside it was beautiful. The linens the flowers the the cake were all provided and it was stunning.the cocktail hour with hot and cold horsd’oveurs were wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their prime rib and the stuff shrimp. The wait staff and bar tender were very attentive. It was a fabulous day! Thank you to Daphne and the rest of the staff!
